My journey to living consciously with the ways of the sacral connection to divinity began back in 1995. I was propelled into a new way of perceiving, feeling, and trusting in a manner that invigorated my senses and my heart. As I attuned my life to the divine trust in spirit, I became more aligned with soul presence, not just within myself but in all living things.

The dreams, visions, and premonitions I experienced from a young age started to make sense and were a precursor to the connecting of dots that took place in my late 20s. In the pursuit of drawing closer to source and increasing my sensitivity to spirit presence, I immersed myself in interests connected with nature, initiating one of the most eye-opening and cherished journeys to date.

The initial healing of mind, body, and spirit began with intense meditation sessions and the use of medicinal herbs in the early 1990s. Employing an iterative approach, I undertook multiple apprenticeships to educate myself and gather an abundance of knowledge. In the early 2000s, I furthered my knowledge of the body by attending massage school in 2002 and pursuing energy medicine training. This path led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences in 2008, where I developed my own program emphasizing healthy nutrition. Blessed by spirit and the wonders of life, I was introduced to Shamanism in 2009. My passion for health and wellness took on a whole new dimension when I recognized the significance of purity and soul, propelling me to attain certifications in Holistic Nutrition, Naturopathic Medicine Practitioner, and Animal Naturopathy. Concurrently, I delved into courses related to working with Cannabis for CBD production and the cultivation of medicinal mushrooms for healing. This exploration ultimately led me to pursue astrology certification, realizing the substantial impact of a person's birth chart on life direction and wellness wisdom.

Throughout the years, I have assisted people in overcoming their physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional hurdles, equipping them with the information and tools needed to continue on their life path. Each of us is different, striving to find what helps us lead our best and most fulfilling life while maintaining our wellness.
